Join Louis Vuitton in Brussels as an Events Manager, driving brand desirability through exceptional events across Benelux, Nordics, and Poland. Minimum 3 years experience required.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement the event strategy for the Benelux and Nordics region in alignment with central and zone guidance.
  • Plan and execute events adhering to Louis Vuitton's standards, ensuring they drive ROI, brand desirability, and client loyalty.
  • Manage relationships with external suppliers, ensuring high-quality delivery and performance.
  • Track and evaluate event expenses, ensuring adherence to budgetary constraints.
  • Organize in-store and external events to support business priorities and enhance client retention and acquisition.
  • Collaborate with store managers to create event calendars tailored to local clientele opportunities.
  • Partner with Clienteling and Private Client Relations Managers for effective client targeting.
  • Align with zone and central teams to ensure events reflect global company strategy.
  • Analyze event results using KPIs and compile feedback reports for in-depth analysis.
  • Coordinate internal communication and team management to ensure seamless event execution.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in event management or a related field.

Skills

Proven track record in event coordination. Strong aesthetic sense and creative skills. Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel. Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask. Strong communication skills and ability to work in a demanding environment. Commercial mindset with a focus on client satisfaction.

Experience

A minimum of 3 years of experience in event management or a related field is required.
