Role & Responsibilities

  • Initiate improvements in workshop production processes.
  • Lead projects to enhance productivity, quality, safety, and ergonomics in the workplace.
  • Develop and implement methods and tools such as agile lines, 5S, and Kaizen.
  • Define and establish production standards to ensure optimal output.
  • Foster a culture of benchmarking across workshops in France and Europe.

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree (BAC+4/5) in industrial production, continuous improvement, or quality.

Skills

Proficiency in Lean Manufacturing tools. Strong command of Excel and Microsoft Office. Excellent communication and team collaboration skills. Ability to demonstrate pragmatism and listening skills in team interactions. Dynamic, resourceful, and capable of uniting teams.

Experience

Entry-level, with a preference for candidates who have completed internships or summer jobs in an industrial setting.

Education

Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program related to industrial production or quality.

This position is based in Saint-Pourçain-sur-Sioule, Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes, France, within easy reach of Lyon.
