Role & Responsibilities

  • Serve as a brand ambassador, ensuring each client receives the Louis Vuitton promise of exceptional service.
  • Discover and understand client needs to tailor their in-store experience.
  • Build and maintain long-lasting client relationships using in-house clienteling tools and systems.
  • Achieve individual and team sales objectives and goals.
  • Master brand and product knowledge across all categories.
  • Advise clients on brand offerings and product categories.

Qualifications

  • Previous retail experience, preferably in a high-end or luxury market.
  • Strong background in a customer-centric environment.

Skills

Strategic sales and commercial mindset. Ability to form meaningful relationships with a diverse client base. Forward-thinking and creative problem-solving abilities. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Experience

A minimum of 3 years of experience in a related field is required.

Workplace

This position is based in Salt Lake City, Utah, USA, within easy reach of Salt Lake City.

Compensation

Hourly rate of USD $21-$24 with commission opportunities.
