Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve individual and team sales objectives.
- Master brand and product knowledge.
- Advise clients across all product categories.
- Develop long-term client relationships using clienteling tools.
- Manage store zoning and rotations in collaboration with the store team.
- Ensure key products are well-displayed to maximize business opportunities.
- Lead window product changes and installations.
- Collaborate on business events and train the team on visual merchandising topics.
Qualifications
- Experience in a retail environment with a visual merchandising focus.
- Demonstrated experience in visual merchandising strategies and standards.
- Experience with ready-to-wear, leather goods, and accessories.
Skills
Experience
Minimum of 3 years in a retail environment, preferably in luxury fashion, with a focus on visual merchandising.
Workplace
The successful candidate will be located in Wailea, Hawaii, USA.
Compensation
Hourly rate of USD $23-$26 plus commission opportunities.
