Role & Responsibilities

  • Participate in the formalization of business practices and align documentation with existing management tools.
  • Map processes by department (development, workshop, standardization) to optimize business flows.
  • Identify convergence points and opportunities for harmonization.
  • Formalize associated procedures and contribute to the update and structuring of procedural documentation.
  • Prepare and facilitate workshops and sharing sessions with teams.
  • Monitor and document functional evolution needs of business systems (PLM, Stock Information Systems, Supplier Reference).
  • Ensure alignment between business processes and the use of information systems.
  • Contribute to the development of a coherent vision of tools and their usage.
  • Prepare and conduct training sessions for team members on tool usage.

Qualifications

  • Final year student in engineering, business school, or equivalent.

Skills

Proficiency in Power BI; knowledge of PLM is advantageous. Mastery of Microsoft Office Suite. Interest in continuous improvement initiatives. Strong interpersonal skills, teamwork, rigor, autonomy, and assertiveness. Comfortable with quantitative data, with strong analytical and synthesis capabilities. Fluency in both English and French.

Experience

Beginner level experience required, suitable for students or recent graduates.

Education

Final year student in engineering, business school, or equivalent.

This position is based in Paris, Île-de-France, France.
