Role & Responsibilities

  • Participate in the development of innovative ideas and trend proposals for internal and external suppliers.
  • Source suppliers and manufacturers.
  • Engage in design briefs to provide suggestions and alternatives.
  • Collaborate on the quotations of all products created by designers.
  • Seek innovative and creative proposals throughout the year.
  • Contribute to the research, selection of materials, and suppliers for leather goods and their industrialization, in close collaboration with the Product team.
  • Ensure compliance with the qualitative excellence of raw materials for leather goods, working closely with the Raw Material Quality Control team.
  • Collaborate on the costing process (costing and pre-costing) of the Shoes category, utilizing all available company tools.
  • Work closely with tanneries and external suppliers to optimize production phases, managing necessary industrialization actions on raw materials.
  • Maintain contact with laboratories, raw material purchasing, and industrialization offices, interfacing with quality technicians and raw material warehouses.
  • Collaborate with the raw material purchasing office, the quality control office, and the product office.
  • Validate the Master of materials for production.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in similar roles.

Skills

Good knowledge of leather and exotic leather. Effective communication and teamwork abilities. Proactive and responsible attitude. Proficiency in Microsoft Office. English language proficiency is preferred. Willingness to travel frequently.

Experience

At least 10 years of previous working experience in similar roles.
