Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead daily, weekly, and monthly clienteling strategies to enhance and support the sales team's performance.
  • Maintain and update client data to ensure the CRM database's accuracy.
  • Develop clients through their Loro Piana journey and tailor shopping experiences to their needs.
  • Oversee the use of clienteling reporting tools from the Marketing Team, ensuring data capture, frequency, and retention goals are met using the "myTOUCH" app within the store.
  • Act as the primary contact point for the EMEA Marketing CRM team and WW Digital in-store team regarding all CRM and myTOUCH projects and activities.
  • Provide the sales team with ongoing support for CRM and myTOUCH training and development.
  • Manage and nurture strong relationships with clients to maximize satisfaction and enhance every aspect of the business relationship.
  • Develop and incorporate comprehensive product knowledge to drive sales performance.
  • Collaborate with fellow team members to ensure a seamless shopping experience for clients and contribute to the overall success of the store.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of sales, VIC, and CRM experience, preferably in a luxury retail environment.

Skills

Strong knowledge of customer data analysis and relationship building. Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, and other digital tools. Excellent interpersonal, customer service, and teamwork skills. General knowledge of sales, operations, and inventory. Ability to lift and move up to 40 pounds.

Experience

Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, VIC, and CRM, preferably within a luxury retail environment.

Compensation

Loro Piana offers a competitive salary range of $100,000.00 to $125,000.00 per year, with flexibility to recognize and reward various levels of expertise, performance, and tenure.
