Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Adhere to brand standards throughout the sales and post-sales processes.

  • Receive and display products in accordance with company procedures.
  • Maintain a tidy and organized workspace in line with corporate guidelines.
  • Manage the sales process, ensuring alignment with company standards.

  • Ensure efficient and attentive post-sales service to uphold brand image and customer loyalty.

Qualifications
