Role & Responsibilities

  • Participate in an 18-month rotational program focusing on textile sales and management.
  • Gain comprehensive knowledge of Loro Piana's textile production processes, from raw material selection to fabric creation.
  • Engage in hands-on missions in fabric manufacturing and sales management.
  • Contribute to the sales management team upon program completion.
  • Participate in an international experience to gain strategic insights and commercial acumen.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field.
  • Up to 3 years of related work experience, including internships.
  • Availability to start a full-time position by April 2025.
  • Eligibility to work in Italy without visa sponsorship.

Skills

Proficiency in English, Italian, and French. Strong customer-centric vision. Willingness to travel and relocate globally. Ability to embrace challenges and adapt to a dynamic environment.

Experience

Candidates should have up to 3 years of related work experience, including internships, in the textile or luxury fashion industry.
