Role & Responsibilities

  • Achieve sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) within the boutique.
  • Deliver impeccable customer service and develop client relationships.
  • Support management with operational duties as required by the store.
  • Conduct daily security stock counts.
  • Maintain stock and perform cleaning duties.
  • Ensure store housekeeping standards are met.
  • Execute daily merchandising, including stock rotation and new display concepts.
  • Attend regular training sessions to enhance product knowledge.
  • Develop a personal knowledge base of Longines products.

Skills

Demonstrated retail experience, preferably in the luxury industry. Highly developed customer service skills. Genuine passion for the Longines brand. Proficiency in computer literacy. Excellent organizational skills. Ability to work effectively as part of a team. High energy, drive, and enthusiasm. Impeccable grooming and presentation.

Experience

Previous retail experience is required, with a preference for candidates who have worked in the luxury sector.
