Role & Responsibilities

  • Act as an ambassador for Le Bon Marché, creating unforgettable experiences for clients.
  • Welcome clients as esteemed guests.
  • Deliver emotional experiences through storytelling of spaces and products.
  • Advise and assist clients throughout their purchasing journey.
  • Drive the department's sales growth.
  • Establish and maintain client relationships and loyalty.
  • Manage stock levels, replenishment, and the presentation of the sales area.

Qualifications

  • Proven initial experience in sales.
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in an additional language is advantageous.

Experience

Entry-level experience in sales, particularly with a discerning clientele.
