Join Le Bon Marché in Paris as a Department Manager for Charcuterie and Gastronomy. Lead a team, enhance customer satisfaction, and drive sales in a prestigious luxury retail environment.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Act as a brand ambassador, leading the team to embody the store's values.
  • Define, communicate, and monitor individual and collective objectives, providing daily coaching and training to enhance team motivation and cohesion.
  • Ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction, implementing continuous improvement plans.
  • Oversee compliance with hygiene, quality, environment, and safety regulations.
  • Maintain the commercial presentation of the department, ensuring consistent product assortment and stock management.
  • Implement commercial operations, adapt layouts, and conduct competitive analysis and price monitoring.
  • Collaborate with the Buyer to construct the department's product offering, providing input on product referencing and visual merchandising needs.
  • Manage the department's profit and loss account, budget, and sales analysis, proposing corrective actions to drive sales growth.
  • Organize and participate in inventory management and control, optimizing stock loss.

Qualifications

  • Experience in managing commercial teams within the distribution sector, particularly in Charcuterie, Gastronomy, or Catering.

Experience
