Join Kering in Scandicci as an HR Operations Specialist. This role involves supporting HR administration and operations for luxury brands. Ideal candidates will have HR experience and fluency in Italian and English.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage the production of employment-related documentation, including hiring letters, promotions, contractual changes, and organizational adjustments.
  • Conduct pre-hire communications to gather necessary documentation from candidates.
  • Ensure onboarding processes align with Group Guidelines and HR Policies.
  • Input and validate data in Workday, performing regular audits for accuracy and consistency.
  • Support employees and HR teams with administrative inquiries.
  • Generate ad hoc reports and develop HR KPIs.

Qualifications

  • University degree required.
  • Proven experience in HR administration with knowledge of Labor Law.

Skills

Precision and organizational skills. Strong relational and communication abilities. Fluency in Italian and English. Proficiency in MS Office Suite.

Experience

Demonstrated experience in HR administration with a focus on labor law and employee lifecycle management.

Education

University degree required.
