Join Kering Beauté in Paris as a Beauty Advisor. This role involves providing exceptional customer service and achieving sales targets for the Creed brand.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service by welcoming, advising, and building loyalty with a discerning clientele through personalized and memorable experiences.
  • Achieve sales targets by implementing targeted commercial actions, including upselling and cross-selling.
  • Master the olfactory universe of Creed and convey this passion to clients.
  • Ensure product presentation aligns with brand standards and create a unique olfactory environment in-store.
  • Organize events and workshops to enhance brand image and drive store traffic.
  • Analyze sales results, identify opportunities, and propose improvement actions.
  • Manage stock levels and participate in inventory counts.

Qualifications

  • Significant experience as a sales advisor in the fragrance industry.
  • Result-oriented with experience working with sales KPIs.
  • Passionate about customer satisfaction and building trust-based relationships.
  • Dynamic, proactive, meticulous, and capable of multitasking.
  • Bilingual in English and French; knowledge of a third language is an advantage.
