Role & Responsibilities

  • Contribute to achieving brand goals and sales targets.
  • Model respect, initiative, enthusiasm, and flexibility, representing the brand professionally and ethically.
  • Build effective, positive, and collaborative relationships with team and store partners.
  • Develop a loyal clientele base through strong makeup artistry, selling, and service skills.
  • Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of makeup to advise customers on suitable products.
  • Attend brand training sessions to stay updated on trends, products, and offerings.
  • Maintain high presentation and visual merchandising standards.
  • Uphold excellent personal grooming standards.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a department store environment with a prestige or artistry brand.
  • At least 1 year of retail experience with a proven track record in beauty sales.
  • High-level makeup artistry background.
  • Experience in building a clientele portfolio.
  • Excellent communication and listening skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers.
  • Excellent organizational skills.

Experience
