Kate Spade is seeking a Sales Supervisor in Orlando, FL, to lead and motivate the sales team, ensuring exceptional customer service and achieving sales targets.
Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the sales floor to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Implement and maintain visual merchandising standards.
- Manage inventory levels and ensure stock replenishment.
- Provide training and development for sales associates.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints efficiently.
- Prepare sales reports and analyze performance metrics.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a supervisory role within the retail sector.
- Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
- Ability to manage and motivate a team effectively.
Skills
Experience
A minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisory role within the retail industry, preferably in luxury fashion.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; a degree in Business or a related field is preferred.
