Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the outlet store to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.
- Lead and motivate sales associates to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Maintain high standards of customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Implement and uphold visual merchandising standards to enhance the customer experience.
- Assist in training and development of staff to enhance their skills and performance.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with management to replenish stock as needed.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a supervisory role within the retail industry.
- Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
- Ability to manage and motivate a team effectively.
Skills
Experience
A minimum of 2 years of experience in a retail supervisory position, preferably within the luxury fashion sector.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business or a related field is advantageous.
