Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Brand & Media Manager in various media projects and day-to-day tasks.
- Assist in campaign localization and execution in collaboration with cross-functional teams across Europe and Global HQ in New York.
- Manage and implement localized marketing strategies, media plan execution, and reporting.
- Oversee asset management and distribution, creative collateral production, and retail marketing.
- Ensure consistent brand messaging across all marketing platforms.
- Coordinate team administration, including artwork and asset requirements, invoices, and payments.
- Manage cross-functional calendars for business alignment during quarterly communications reviews.
- Serve as a point of contact with local media agencies, external vendors, and internal teams.
- Support the execution and ideation of regional special projects.
- Document and file all Kate Spade Europe brand marketing-related documents and imagery.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, either full-time or as an internship.
Skills
Experience
1-2 years in a similar marketing role, preferably within the fashion or luxury industry.
