Role & Responsibilities

  • Assist in the deployment of the new version of the precious metals traceability standard, including defining the deployment schedule and overseeing the entire project.
  • Facilitate work sessions and prepare steering committees.
  • Implement and monitor the deployment of adopted solutions.
  • Address discrepancies with applied standards.
  • Train teams on the new standard.
  • Optimize end-of-life product management by analyzing causes of component overstock and identifying strategies to minimize them.
  • Develop recommendations for actions and best practices.

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Supply Chain Management.

Skills

Proficiency in Office 365 and familiarity with ERP systems. Strong project management skills. Ability to collect and analyze data. Competence in creating presentation documents. Excellent organizational skills. Dynamic and rigorous approach. Curiosity and openness to new ideas.

Experience

No prior experience required, but relevant academic projects or internships in supply chain management are advantageous.

Education

Master's degree in Supply Chain Management (in progress).

This position is based in Le Sentier, Vaud, Switzerland.
