Join Hour Passion in Roermond as an Assistant Store Manager. This full-time role within The Swatch Group offers a dynamic environment in the luxury retail sector.
Role & Responsibilities
- Assist the Store Manager in daily operations and management of the store.
- Ensure exceptional customer service and maintain high standards of store presentation.
- Support in achieving sales targets and operational goals.
- Supervise and train store staff, fostering a collaborative team environment.
- Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate stock management.
- Implement visual merchandising strategies to enhance customer experience.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a retail management role, preferably in the luxury sector.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in inventory management and visual merchandising.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
Skills
Experience
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a retail management position, preferably within the luxury goods sector.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field is preferred.
