Role & Responsibilities

  • Oversee financial planning and analysis processes to support strategic decision-making.
  • Develop and implement financial models to forecast business performance.
  • Monitor and report on financial metrics, ensuring accuracy and compliance with industry standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize financial operations and drive profitability.
  • Prepare detailed financial reports for senior management and stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Professional certification such as CPA or CFA is preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial controlling or a similar role within the luxury fashion industry.

Skills

Advanced proficiency in financial modeling and analysis. Strong understanding of financial regulations and compliance. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems.

Experience

A minimum of 5 years of experience in financial controlling or a similar role within the luxury fashion industry is required.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
