Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service and personalized advice to clients.

  • Assist in inventory management and stock replenishment.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in luxury retail or a similar customer-facing role.
  • Strong understanding of fashion and beauty industry trends.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in multiple languages is advantageous. Strong sales and negotiation skills. Attention to detail and a keen sense of aesthetics.

Experience

A minimum of 2 years of experience in luxury retail or a related field is required.

Education

A high school diploma or equivalent is required; a degree in fashion or a related field is preferred.
