Role & Responsibilities

  • Develop and design knitwear and jersey collections for menswear, ensuring alignment with brand aesthetics and market trends.
  • Collaborate with the design team to create innovative and commercially viable designs.
  • Utilize graphic design software to produce detailed technical sketches and design specifications.
  • Participate in trend research and analysis to inform design decisions.
  • Coordinate with production teams to ensure design feasibility and quality standards.
  • Present design concepts to senior management and incorporate feedback into final designs.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design or a related field.
  • Proven experience in knitwear and jersey design within the luxury fashion sector.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in menswear design.

Skills

Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop. Excellent understanding of textile properties and garment construction. Strong creative vision and attention to detail. Effective communication and presentation skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Experience

A minimum of 3 years of experience in knitwear and jersey design, preferably within the luxury fashion industry.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design or related field.
