Role & Responsibilities
- Assist in the management of intellectual property rights and anti-counterfeiting efforts.
- Conduct legal research and analysis on intellectual property laws and regulations.
- Support the preparation of legal documents and correspondence related to intellectual property and anti-counterfeiting cases.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop strategies for intellectual property protection.
- Monitor and report on potential intellectual property infringements and counterfeit activities.
Qualifications
- Enrollment in a law degree program with a focus on intellectual property.
- Strong understanding of intellectual property law and anti-counterfeiting measures.
- Excellent research and analytical skills.
Skills
Experience
Previous internship experience in a legal environment, particularly in intellectual property, is preferred but not required.
Education
Currently pursuing a degree in Law, preferably with a focus on Intellectual Property.
Workplace
The successful candidate will be located in Paris, Île-de-France, France, with easy access to Paris.
