Join Guerlain in Dusseldorf as a Trainee in Key Account Management. This full-time role offers an opportunity to work with a leading luxury brand in a dynamic environment.
Role & Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and enhance business-relevant data tools for decision-making.
- Handle external and internal queries, and manage and analyze sales and revenue data.
- Support the Key Account Management and Sales Team in daily operations.
- Create and refine analyses, evaluations, and presentations.
- Conduct market and competitive analyses.
- Address customer inquiries and assist in client management.
- Maintain performance data and product details.
- Assist in preparing annual meetings and other engagements.
- Perform additional administrative tasks.
Qualifications
- Completed degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Initial practical experience in sales or key account management is desirable.
- Fluency in German and proficiency in English.
