Role & Responsibilities

  • Develop cutting-edge, blended-learning training content that transforms product knowledge and advanced sales techniques into client-centric expertise, aligned with the innovation plan.
  • Master communication on the 'Be Guerlain' LMS platform to foster a vibrant and engaged training community.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Retail, Digital Innovation, and Clienteling teams to ensure seamless adoption of new tools and initiatives.
  • Spearhead the implementation of the fragrance education strategy, ensuring training tool accessibility and gathering feedback from local markets for continuous improvement.
  • Develop comprehensive action plans in partnership with key business stakeholders, including Merchandising and Marketing Development, to optimize training effectiveness.
  • Dedicate time to in-store experiences to gather competitive intelligence and test the effectiveness of training tools.

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of project management experience, with a focus on pedagogical design and cosmetics/retail knowledge.
  • Skincare expertise is mandatory.

Skills

Mastery of digital technologies, including mobile applications and learning management systems. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Exceptional organizational skills. Proven ability to work effectively in a cross-functional environment. Fluent English is essential; proficiency in another language is a plus. Energy, positive attitude, flexibility, agility, results-oriented mindset, passion for learning, and a genuine customer-centric approach.

Experience

Minimum 3 years of project management experience with a focus on pedagogical design and cosmetics/retail knowledge.
