Guerlain seeks a Corporate Communications Manager in Paris, France, to lead strategic communication initiatives. Ideal for candidates with 7-10 years of experience in luxury or beauty sectors.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Develop and oversee the deployment of a robust 360-degree corporate communication strategy, including an institutional editorial calendar to ensure the brand's qualitative presence and visibility.
  • Create a solid activation plan by identifying impactful communication opportunities and relevant profiles to faithfully convey the brand's DNA and positioning.
  • Co-develop immersive corporate event concepts that embody Guerlain's commitment and values.
  • Supervise the creation and production of press tools that serve as strong image vectors for Guerlain.
  • Manage the annual budget for the Corporate Communication team and ensure its adherence.
  • Define and communicate expected guidelines for the coordination and orchestration of 360-degree corporate communication actions to markets.
  • Establish and lead international annual cross-sharing forums.
  • Consolidate specific market requests to anticipate the need for certain adaptations.
  • Define key performance indicators for each major event of the year, both quantitative and qualitative, and ensure clear communication to markets.
  • Implement centralized performance tracking tools to consolidate market feedback and monitor the impact of actions taken.
  • Analyze results, share best practices, and develop action plans to refine future activations.
  • Manage a team of two individuals.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Communication, Journalism, Business, or a related field.
  • 7 to 10 years of experience in institutional communication roles, preferably within the beauty or luxury sectors.

Skills

Strong strategic vision and understanding of image-related topics and their business contribution. Creative mindset with conceptual intelligence and the ability to think and convey brand storytelling. Up-to-date knowledge of emerging trends in sustainability and corporate social responsibility. Pragmatic approach to project management, ensuring adherence to deadlines and budgets. Fluency in French and English, with the ability to express and write with finesse in both languages.

Experience

A minimum of 5 years in a similar role, with a preference for experience in the beauty or luxury industry.

Education

Bachelor's degree or higher in Communication, Journalism, Business, or a related field.
