Role & Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and execute visual merchandising strategies in alignment with brand guidelines.
  • Ensure the store is visually appealing and product displays are optimized to enhance customer experience.
  • Collaborate with store management to support sales initiatives through effective merchandising.
  • Monitor and maintain inventory levels to ensure product availability.
  • Support store projects including renovations, relocations, and changes in operational hours.
  • Liaise with cross-functional teams to implement merchandising plans within set deadlines and budgets.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Fashion, Visual Merchandising, or related field.
  • Proven experience in visual merchandising within the luxury retail sector.
  • Strong understanding of fashion trends and luxury brand positioning.

Skills

Excellent organizational and project management skills. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities. Proficiency in visual merchandising software and tools. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Experience

A minimum of 3 years of experience in visual merchandising, preferably within the luxury fashion industry.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Fashion, Visual Merchandising, or related field.
