Role & Responsibilities
- Draft, validate, and negotiate French and international contracts in digital, IT, and AI domains, including SaaS and IT agreements, with or without personal data components.
- Contribute to the development of standard contract models in NTIC, digital, AI, and IT fields.
- Manage compliance documentation, including PIA and complex rights requests, and handle data breaches.
- Conduct audits in collaboration with the IT security team and analyze project impacts on personal data.
- Provide training and awareness on privacy issues to various teams.
- Maintain and update the data processing map and register.
- Offer assistance and advice to operational teams across different business units.
- Collaborate with the DPO to lead the GDPR steering committee within the group.
- Stay updated on regulatory developments and data protection authority recommendations.
Qualifications
- Holder of CAPA with a Master's degree (Master 2) in New Technologies Law and/or Data Protection Law.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience, including 1 year in GDPR, within a law firm or corporate legal department.

Education
Master's degree (Master 2) in New Technologies Law and/or Data Protection Law.
Workplace
The successful candidate will be located in Paris, Île-de-France, France.
