Role & Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve corporate objectives for products and services.
  • Manage and oversee the daily operations of the sales and marketing department.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to evaluate trends, brand awareness, and competition ventures.
  • Initiate and control surveys to assess customer requirements and dedication.
  • Maintain relationships with media vendors and publishers to ensure collaboration in promotional activities.
  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing communications.
  • Collaborate with other departments to coordinate brand awareness and marketing efforts.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Sales and Marketing Manager or similar role in the luxury goods sector.
  • Strong understanding of market research and data analysis methods.

Skills

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in marketing software (e.g., CRM) and online applications (e.g., Online analytics, Google Adwords). Strong organizational and leadership abilities. Analytical and creative thinking.

Experience

A minimum of 5 years of experience in a sales and marketing role within the luxury fashion or watchmaking industry.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
