Role & Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain robust relationships with hospitality clients, serving as the primary point of contact.
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences through superior service, comprehensive product knowledge, and operational excellence.
- Stay informed on market trends, customer needs, and competitive dynamics to drive sales.
- Conduct market analysis to uncover new opportunities and strategic insights.
- Achieve sales targets by expanding existing accounts and acquiring new clients.
- Identify and qualify potential hospitality clients in alignment with company strategies.
- Monitor account performance and utilize data-driven insights to refine strategies.
- Oversee daily operations for assigned accounts, including order processing, logistics, and payment tracking.
- Deliver compelling presentations to both prospective and existing clients.
- Provide ongoing customer support and service.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing to close sales, ensuring profitable deals for the company.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to plan promotional activities and deliver tailored client solutions.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and legal standards.
Qualifications
- Proven experience (3+ years) in commercial roles within the luxury hospitality, design, or lifestyle sectors.
