Join Galeries Lafayette in Paris as a Human Resources Development and Employer Branding Intern. Contribute to talent attraction and employer branding in a dynamic luxury retail environment.
Role & Responsibilities
- Contribute to talent attraction and development by supporting recruitment, HR development, and employer branding initiatives.
- Participate in the design and implementation of the Employer Brand strategy, promoting company culture and actions on social media.
- Animate editorial committees in collaboration with the communication agency, propose and develop original content, and conduct digital and competitive monitoring.
- Assist managers in defining recruitment needs, conducting briefings, analyzing job roles, and determining candidate approach strategies.
- Identify appropriate recruitment channels, draft and post job advertisements, select profiles, conduct interviews, and provide detailed reports to aid managerial decision-making.
- Collaborate with the Talent team on various ongoing HR projects such as internal mobility, employee advocacy, process harmonization, and campus program enhancement.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program (Bac +4/5) with a background in a dynamic environment.
Skills
Experience
Previous experience in a professional or associative setting within a stimulating ecosystem is preferred.
Education
Bachelor's or Master's degree in progress.
Workplace
This position is based in Paris, Île-de-France, France, within easy reach of Paris.
Compensation
Compensation is transparent and aligned with educational level: €1,300 gross monthly for Bac +4 and €1,500 gross monthly for Bac +5.
