Role & Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement global and localized marketing strategies to enhance market share.
  • Create consumer personas and journey maps to optimize engagement across channels.
  • Design a comprehensive 3-year marketing calendar incorporating product launches and promotional events.
  • Lead global campaigns, collaborating with creative teams to ensure effective asset development and deployment.
  • Analyze market trends and consumer insights to maintain category leadership.
  • Coordinate with international partners to tailor marketing strategies to regional needs.
  • Oversee media, advertising, and promotional strategies to maximize ROI.
  • Manage content creation and distribution across various platforms.
  • Collaborate with regional teams to develop events and partnerships.
  • Support influencer strategy and trade marketing initiatives.

Qualifications

  • 10-12+ years of experience in digital marketing, brand marketing, or strategy.
  • Proven knowledge of the global beauty industry and retail marketing.
  • Experience working with international teams and managing complex marketing plans.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in KPI development and campaign performance measurement.

Skills

Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence decision-making. Strong organizational and time management skills. Creative and proactive approach to challenges.

Experience

Minimum 10 years of experience in digital marketing, brand marketing, or strategy, preferably within the beauty industry.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

Compensation

The salary range for this role is $160,000 - $210,000 USD.
