Role & Responsibilities

  • Coordinate retail operations across EMEA, assisting in performance analysis and KPI consolidation on a weekly and monthly basis.
  • Support the merchandising team in maximizing product performance through strategic launches and personalized store assortments.
  • Manage stock levels and facilitate retail and wholesale stock requests, including transfers and restocking.
  • Contribute to the preparation of presentations for new product launches and strategic projects in the EMEA region.
  • Assist in organizing regional events and pop-ups, ensuring operational efficiency and performance tracking.
  • Facilitate communication of CRM guidelines and product information to sales teams, enhancing network synergy.

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Business or a related field.
  • Proficiency in English is essential.

Skills

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Analytical skills with a focus on meeting deadlines. Proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables), Microsoft Office, and PowerBI is preferred.

Experience

A first experience in the retail or luxury sector is advantageous.

Education

Master's degree in progress in Business or related field.

Compensation

Compensation ranges from €990.99 to €1,801.80, depending on age.
