Role & Responsibilities

  • Monitor and achieve store performance by ensuring KPIs targets are met.
  • Strategize and implement improvement plans, taking calculated risks when necessary.
  • Demonstrate sales leadership and set performance targets for the team.
  • Stay informed about local and global market trends affecting sales.
  • Propose in-store activities to engage staff and celebrate team successes.
  • Ensure compliance with company operating procedures.
  • Manage customer service quality to meet expectations.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with VIP clientele.
  • Motivate and challenge team members to achieve sales targets.
  • Collaborate with HR in recruiting qualified applicants.
  • Supervise store personnel and enforce company policies.
  • Set up in-store training routines and identify training needs.
  • Manage day-to-day store administration and control costs.
  • Ensure visual merchandising aligns with company standards.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 8-10 years of experience in retail/luxury industry.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a boutique lead role.

Skills

Strong business acumen and result-driven mindset. Proficiency in MS Office, CRM, and retail tools. Ability to inspire and lead a culturally diverse team. Entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on organizational effectiveness. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills. Ability to develop and deliver effective communications.

Experience

Minimum 10 years of experience in the retail or luxury industry, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
