Role & Responsibilities

  • Achieve all critical metrics and CRM requirements for Client Advisors.
  • Meet or exceed store, category, and individual sales goals.
  • Adhere to all store policies and procedures.
  • Build and maintain client books, addressing client concerns and inquiries.
  • Assist with special requests, including repairs, special orders, and returns.
  • Participate in stocking and restocking activities.
  • Utilize POS system proficiently and update customer databases.
  • Acquire comprehensive product knowledge and stay informed about company news and competitors.
  • Maintain a professional appearance and adhere to Fendi's dress code and grooming standards.
  • Perform store maintenance functions as needed.
  • Open and close the store as required, including conducting morning team meetings.
  • Maintain visual standards as directed by VM, corporate, and management.
  • Foster open communication and positive relationships with store management and peers.
  • Serve as a positive role model, representing the brand appropriately.
  • Participate in training new Client Advisors on product knowledge and store procedures.
  • Prepare for and participate in monthly team meetings.
  • Adhere to loss prevention standards and health and safety guidelines.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of experience, preferably in luxury retail.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.

Skills

Strong drive for results and goal orientation. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in using POS systems and inventory management functions. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Organizational skills and digital literacy. Flexibility in availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Experience

A minimum of 3 years' experience in a retail environment, with a preference for luxury retail experience.

Education

High School Diploma or equivalent.
