Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome clients to the brand concession, ensuring a comfortable environment.
- Build relationships with clients to assist in selecting suitable products while offering expert advice.
- Introduce complementary products and share in-depth product knowledge.
- Process sales confidently and professionally, maintaining client relationships.
- Gather and manage client CRM details to build and maintain a client book with personal follow-ups.
- Maintain store standards and adhere to visual merchandise guidelines to promote the brand image.
- Exceed behavioral requirements, including dress code and appearance guidelines.
- Enhance product knowledge by staying updated with fashion trends and competitors, participating in training, and educating oneself on all brand product lines.
- Support stock control and management in line with guidance from stock control colleagues.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in sales within a high-fashion environment.
- Experience in luxury department stores preferred.
- Proven experience in selling Ready-to-Wear with an understanding of craftsmanship and quality.
- Strong business acumen and experience with retail KPIs.
