Role & Responsibilities

  • Conduct advanced research and development in horology technologies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to innovate and improve watch components.
  • Analyze and interpret complex data to inform design decisions.
  • Develop prototypes and conduct rigorous testing to ensure quality standards.
  • Document research findings and present them to stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or a related field.
  • Proven experience in research and development, preferably in the horology or precision engineering sector.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Skills

Expertise in CAD software and other engineering tools. Proficiency in data analysis and interpretation. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

Experience

A minimum of 3 years of experience in a research and development role within the engineering sector, with a preference for candidates with a background in horology or precision engineering.

Education

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or a related field.
