Role & Responsibilities

  • Engage with customers to provide a personalized shopping experience and build customer loyalty.
  • Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions, policies regarding payment and exchanges, and security practices.
  • Assist in merchandising and maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the store.
  • Support the protection of company assets through loss prevention awareness.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive work environment.

Qualifications

  • Previous retail experience preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
