Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional and authentic service to create a modern luxury customer experience.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive product knowledge of current collections both in-store and online.
  • Achieve and exceed sales goals through strategic clienteling and sourcing new customers.
  • Foster an environment of teamwork, trust, and collaboration with peers, customers, and supervisors.
  • Establish credibility as a personal stylist and fashion expert by staying informed about market competition, industry trends, and customer shopping behaviors.

Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of previous selling experience in a luxury retail service environment preferred.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.

Skills

Proficiency in cash register systems and basic computer skills, including the use of iPad/laptop, Mobile POS, and Internet. Effective communication skills, both oral and written. Ability to maneuver sales floor and meet moderate stockroom lifting and store climbing requirements. Flexibility to work a schedule that meets the needs of the business, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Experience

1-3 years of experience in luxury retail sales is preferred.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
