Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Ensure exceptional customer service standards are maintained.
  • Oversee daily store operations and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Assist in the development and execution of marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility.
  • Train and develop team members to enhance their product knowledge and sales skills.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a supervisory role within retail, preferably in luxury fashion.
  • Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.

Excellent leadership and team management skills. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities. Proficient in sales and marketing strategies. Ability to analyze sales reports and data to drive business decisions.

Experience

A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in retail sales, with at least 2 years in a supervisory capacity.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
