Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the Store Manager in all aspects of store operations, ensuring efficient and profitable performance.
  • Drive sales and business goals by leading and motivating the sales team.
  • Maintain high standards of customer service and ensure a premium shopping experience.
  • Oversee inventory management and visual merchandising to align with brand standards.
  • Assist in recruiting, training, and developing store staff.
  • Implement and uphold company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in retail management or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of retail operations and sales principles.
  • Ability to lead and inspire a team towards achieving sales targets.

Skills

Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Proficiency in retail management software and systems.

Experience

A minimum of 2 years of experience in a retail management position is required.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field is preferred.
