Join Christian Dior Couture in St. Tropez as a Store Operations Manager. Oversee daily operations, manage inventory, and lead a team in a prestigious luxury environment.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage inventory and logistics, ensuring efficient stock handling and logistics operations.
  • Supervise and organize the team for all incoming and outgoing merchandise flows, including reception, order tracking, ticketing, transfers, and shipments.
  • Ensure adherence to storage rules, stock procedures, and best practices to enhance loss prevention.
  • Organize stock management, including weekly counts and annual inventory.
  • Oversee all Standard Operational Procedures (SOP) related to store operations, including implementation and updates.
  • Train staff on policies and processes.
  • Supervise after-sales service requests, manage customer correspondence, and ensure administrative follow-up.
  • Review after-sales reports and implement action plans as necessary.
  • Oversee cash operations and expense control.
  • Act as the reference for all back-office tools, ensuring staff training and correct usage.
  • Support the digital coordinator in deploying special retail projects.
  • Supervise supply needs, including uniforms and consumables.
  • Oversee store maintenance and upkeep.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of seven years of relevant experience, with at least four years in a supervisory role within the retail sector.
  • Strong attention to detail and a logical, control-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work under pressure with a proactive and motivated attitude.
