Role & Responsibilities

  • Achieve sales targets through effective sales techniques.
  • Demonstrate comprehensive product knowledge and engage clients with product stories.
  • Understand and utilize daily objectives and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Identify customer expectations and provide product recommendations and add-on sales.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and retail experiences.
  • Manage customer relationships and develop a client book.
  • Resolve client issues in collaboration with the management team.
  • Contribute to product reception, quality control, and stock updates.
  • Prepare deliveries and product packaging.

Qualifications

  • 2-3 years of experience in fashion and luxury boutiques.
  • University degree or Fashion school diploma.
  • Fluency in English (C1-C2); additional languages are advantageous.

Experience

A minimum of 3 years in a similar role within the luxury fashion sector is required.
