Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve and exceed individual sales goals and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Ensure a welcoming, client-focused environment, offering best-in-class service in person, over the phone, and through e-communication.
- Assist in developing a local and international client book, recruiting and nurturing top clients.
- Engage clients through detailed product knowledge and storytelling.
- Collaborate with the team to resolve client issues effectively, benefiting both the business and the client.
- Participate in maintaining the boutique's order, including cleaning, reorganizing, and controlling product displays.
- Support back-office activities, including preparing deliveries and essential elements for product packaging and wrapping.
Qualifications
- Interest and preferably experience in the retail and/or service field.
- University education or a degree from a fashion school.
- Must be able to have an Internship Agreement with the University.

Experience
No prior experience required, but interest and preferably some experience in retail or service fields are beneficial.
