Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve and exceed individual sales goals and key performance indicators.
- Ensure a client-focused environment by offering exceptional service in person, over the phone, and through digital communication.
- Assist in developing a local and international client book, recruiting and nurturing top clients.
- Engage clients with detailed product knowledge and storytelling.
- Collaborate with the team to resolve client issues effectively.
- Maintain the boutique's order, including cleaning, reorganizing, and controlling product displays.
- Perform back-office activities, including preparing deliveries and packaging products.
Qualifications
- Interest and preferably experience in retail or service fields.
- University education or a degree from a fashion school.
- Proficiency in English (C1-C2); additional languages are advantageous.

No prior experience required, but an interest in retail and service is preferred.
