Role & Responsibilities
- Serve as an ambassador of Maison Christian Dior, ensuring a welcoming and client-focused environment in the boutique.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety of the boutique floor and products.
- Assist the stock team with daily replenishment of shopping bags, gift boxes, and packaging.
- Provide exemplary customer service by serving refreshments to clients.
- Ensure an exceptional customer experience during clients' boutique visits.
- Address and accommodate special needs and requests of clients.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled at a German university.
- Highly organized, reliable, and self-motivated.
- Possesses a positive and open mindset with strong communication skills.
- Demonstrates excellent accuracy and attention to detail.
- Fluent in German and English; proficiency in an additional language is advantageous.
