Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide exemplary customer service by greeting, serving, and advising clients.
  • Cultivate customer loyalty through personalized shopping experiences.
  • Exhibit comprehensive product knowledge across all categories and stay informed about current marketing campaigns and promotions.
  • Maximize sales potential by introducing add-on sales and achieving individual and departmental targets.
  • Effectively handle customer complaints, involving management when necessary.
  • Stay informed about sales targets and boutique performance daily and weekly.
  • Adhere to stock management procedures.
  • Support the team in maintaining high standards of housekeeping and display.
  • Be proficient in selling systems, cash, credit, and exchange procedures.
  • Ensure the store operates in accordance with company administration systems to minimize losses.
  • Participate actively in team meetings and contribute positively.
  • Perform additional duties as directed by management.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in luxury fashion sales.

Skills

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Ability to build and maintain a client book. Passion for Christian Dior and its collections. Strong knowledge of fashion and trends. Fluency in a second language is preferred.

Experience

A minimum of 3 years of experience in luxury fashion sales is required.
