Join Christian Dior Couture in New York as a Manager for High Jewelry and High Timepieces. Develop luxury activities in the Americas with a focus on events and retail support.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Develop the High Jewelry and High Timepiece activity in the Americas.
  • Participate in high-end events and support retail teams.
  • Prepare and participate in event planning, including sales strategy and product assortment.
  • Collaborate with training teams to foster a community of High Jewelry sellers.
  • Engage directly with clients and serve as a presenter at events.
  • Communicate closely with retail teams on client needs and inquiries.
  • Coordinate with Paris counterparts on product availability and special orders.
  • Monitor sales projections and liaise with business planning teams.
  • Oversee high-end inventory and allocate stock to optimize sales.
  • Develop market expertise through store visits and competitor analysis.

Qualifications

  • 5 to 8 years of experience in the luxury industry.
  • Experience in High Jewelry is strongly preferred.
  • Retail experience is appreciated.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to collaborate effectively with various teams. Team player with a flexible approach. High level of accuracy and attention to detail. Excellent organizational skills and drive for results. Ability to think creatively and take initiative.

Compensation

$105,000 - $120,000 annually, plus bonus eligibility.
