Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead the strategic allocation of seasonal products in collaboration with central supply chain, merchandisers, and regional warehouses.
  • Plan stock availability for boutique openings and special events.
  • Manage the distribution of permanent and seasonal products to various boutiques.
  • Anticipate supply challenges such as seasonality and stock tensions.
  • Serve as the primary contact for local merchandisers.
  • Optimize boutique stock levels to meet availability, coverage, and sell-through targets.
  • Handle overstock and dormant stock management.
  • Organize seasonal stock rebalancing.
  • Actively contribute to ongoing project initiatives, including tool implementation, KPI development, and report reliability.

Qualifications

  • 2 years of experience in supply chain, preferably in distribution.
  • Master's degree in Supply Chain, Business School, or Engineering.
  • Fluency in English in a professional context.

Skills

Proficient in Excel. Knowledge of Power BI and Anaplan is advantageous. Strong analytical and synthesis skills with quantitative data. Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills. Ability to adapt and communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.

Experience

Entry-level experience with 2 years in a supply chain role, preferably in distribution.

Education

Master's degree in Supply Chain, Business School, or Engineering.

Workplace

The successful candidate will be located in Paris, Île-de-France, France.
